Auckland zoo has now opened new habitats

On July the 2nd Auckland zoo has celebrated the opening of a new habitat for Orangutans and Siamangs. The new enclosure is one aspect of the zoo's new $60m South East Asia Jungle Area.
The zoo has been opened for 97 years and this has been it's biggest advancement in it's history. The new habitat provides a thrilled and engaging environment for the Orangutans and Siamangs. it also allows primate staff to give them the very best care.

  1. Hi Satui
I liked the way you told us how it is from South East Asia.
This reminded me of when I first went to Orana wild life park in Christchurch.
Why did you choose to do a post on this zoo?

    Kind Regards Ritchie
